  • Job Description

    - Interpret sales data and market trends to uncover growth opportunities and shape business strategies.
    - Support the development and oversight of budgets for promotional activities and sales initiatives.
    - Prepare and present sales performance reports, offering actionable insights and recommendations.
    - Work closely with the sales team to facilitate accurate planning and forecasting of sales targets.
    - Track, analyze, and report sales metrics and performance indicators.
    - Conduct pricing analysis for both B2B and B2C segments.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
    - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the tire or a related industry.
    - Skilled in data interpretation and report generation.
    - Experience in sales planning, operations, or pricing control is an advantage.
    - Strong analytical thinking and effective decision-making skills.
    - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
    - Proficient in both written and spoken English.
    - Capable of managing multiple tasks and working effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
