    Job Description:
    We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to promote and sell coatings for plastics and automotive parts. The successful candidate will primarily handle existing customers, while also pursuing new business opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
    - Identify and approach potential new customers to expand the company’s market presence.
    - Provide technical support and product information to customers in the plastics molding and automotive parts industries.
    - Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and reports.
    - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

    Customer Profile:
    - 60% Japanese companies, 40% non-Japanese companies.
    - Direct clients include plastic molding manufacturers and automotive parts suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachalor’s Degree in any field
    - Minimum 1 year working experience
    - Good command of Japanese (JLPT N3 or above)
    - Good command of English (conversational level)
    - Driving license and own a car

    【Advantage】
    - Having sales experience would be an advantage
