    - Plan and Develop Strategic HR Policies
    - Design HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision.
    - Foster organizational culture and manage the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
    - HR Operations Management
    - Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding systems.
    - Establish and manage performance evaluation systems such as KPI, Competency, and OKR.
    - Develop career paths and training & development programs.
    - Compensation & Benefits Management (C&B)
    - Analyze and design salary structures.
    - Manage compensation, bonuses, and benefits to remain competitive and motivate employees.
    - Employee Relations Management
    - Create effective communication channels within the organization.
    - Act as a consultant and mediator to resolve workplace issues.
    - Labor Law Compliance & Regulatory Adherence
    - Ensure HR operations comply with labor laws and relevant regulations.
    - Prepare contracts, resolve disputes, and coordinate with government agencies.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Political Science, or related fields.
    - At least 5 years of HR experience, including 2 years in a managerial position.
    - Familiarity with HR technologies such as HRIS and performance management software.
    - Strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills.
    - Business mindset to collaborate on strategic planning with executives.
    - Ability to manage teams and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
