[Position] Sales Manager (Chicken Processing Products – Non-Japan Market)
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our export growth in key overseas markets outside Japan, including the UK, EU countries, Singapore, the Philippines, Hong Kong, and South Korea. This role will focus on driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and developing new business opportunities in the premium chicken processing sector.
1. Execute Sales Strategy: Implement business plans and sales strategies as defined by the management to achieve assigned sales targets.
2. Develop Overseas Markets: Expand customer base and develop new business opportunities in overseas markets outside Japan, with a focus on the United Kingdom, EU countries, Singapore, Philippines, Hong Kong, and South Korea.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Manage and support customer requirements to ensure high levels of satisfaction with both products and services.
4. Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed the sales targets assigned by the management.
5. Coordinate with Factory Teams: Work closely with internal factory teams to ensure successful new product development that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and business operations.

Requirement

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Industry Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the food industry, preferably with a focus on chicken processing or related sectors
- Core Skills: Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential for managing international accounts and business development.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English at a business communication level; additional language skills relevant to target markets will be an advantage
- Driving license

- Business connections to export customers in EU/UK market are highly appreciated. In particular, connections to potential customers in EU/UK market such as:
• High Priority Targets: Jan Zandbergen, Vestey, Ferdinand Zanbergen, MHP, J Marr
• Moderate Priority Targets: Tyson Food Europe, Westbridge, Cargill
• Still Preferable Targets: Lamex Group (including Kappers Foods), Foodbridge, Meat Import, Oakfield
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and capable of using ERP systems to manage sales data, customer information, and reporting.English Level
