• Job Description

  - Provide technical consultation on products such as insulation panel & door, cooling equipment and clean rooms & cold rooms to customers
  - Analyze customer needs and recommend the most suitable solutions and products
  - Coordinate with engineering or technical teams to prepare technical proposals and quotations
  - Plan and manage the sales process, from quotation to order confirmation and delivery
  - Visit customers to present products, offer guidance on usage, and provide after-sales service
  - In case customers require installation service, coordinate and manage on-site installation work, including scheduling, contractor coordination, and progress supervision
  - Collect customer feedback to improve service quality
  - Prepare sales reports and summarize progress for management review
