    - Achieve company sales targets (Volume, Price, and Profit) by maintaining strong relationships with existing customers in the air conditioner sector.
    - Expand business by identifying and developing new customers and exploring new product fields (e.g., Automotive and Refrigeration industries).
    - Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in any related field.
    - Minimum 5 years experience in sales or business development.
    - Experience as Sales in the manufacturing.
    - Experience in heat exchanger business will be advantage.
    - Excellent product presentation and sales skills.
    - Good calculation skills and proficiency in computer applications.
    - Good communication skills in English (Japanese proficiency is an advantage)
    - Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking abilities.
    - Strong negotiation skills and customer relationship management (CRM) experience.
    - Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
    - Own car and driver license.
