  • Job Description

    1) • Provide advice on the determination of the company's internal personnel structure in line with the company's policy, including planning manpower in line with the annual production plan and budget.
    2) • Provide advice on the determination of the curriculum structure for new employees and testing, including analysis of test results for the establishment of a personnel development system, including the creation of personnel development activities.
    3) • Provide advice on creating effective working instructions and recruitment processes.
    4) • Provide advice on the evaluation system, employee performance, and analysis of evaluation results to solve problems or weaknesses of the organization.
    5) • Provide advice on the analysis of resignation problems, including the motivation and retention system.
    6) • Provide advice on the establishment of an internal data approval system.
    7) • Provide advice on the determination of labor costs and expenses, and various compensations related to labor in the factory.
    8) • Provide advice and training to employees of the group of companies to develop their potential for better work, such as production systems, quality systems, and methods for maintaining machinery, including good product control systems, etc., by employees with knowledge and expertise from IBC.
    9) Sourcing companies that have quality management and manpower delivery
    10) Control and supervise the selection of Dispatch employees and manage employees in accordance with the contract’s conditions
    11) Control and supervise employees in accordance with the rules and regulations of the organization
    12) Check billing and service charges
    13) Control Outsource and Subcontract employees according to regulations and keep the company’s secrets
    14) Controlling service contracts and contract renewals
    15) Carry out communication between Outsource, subcontract company, and related sections

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
    • 10 years of relevant experience in HR and GA in manufacturing, over 3 years at the management level.
    • Good experience in HRD and HRM, ER, and strong HR project skills are advantageous.
    • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
    • Proficient in MS Office and HR software/payroll systems (Tigersoft)
    • Willing to work in the Chonburi (Main location) and Bangkok offices (sometimes).
