• Job Description

  - Supervise the budget team to ensure the overall budgeting process is efficient and effective.
  - Develop and distribute budget guidelines to management and responsible personnel.
  - Review variance analyses for capital expenditures (CAPEX), operating expenses, and income to ensure alignment with budget guidelines.
  - Analyze profit performance and assess factors affecting profitability.
  - Prepare and present budget summaries to top management for approval.
  - Calculate and present CAPEX impairment.
  - Review consolidated financial packages and ensure timely submission.
  - Review investment & expenditure application requests to ensure compliance with application rules and budget constraints.
  - Provide support to all business units regarding application rules, investment policies, and budget control to ensure effective use of resources.
  - Schedule and organize Investment & Expenditure Committee Meeting (IEC).
  - Lead the development of the budget module in the new accounting system.
  - Support Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) audit processes.
  - Perform other tasks as assigned within the Accounting & Finance department.
