Position Overview：We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Accounting Manager to lead our accounting department and support executive decision-making through accurate financial management and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing environments — particularly component processing factories — and hands-on experience with BOI-promoted companies in Thailand.Key Responsibilities：- Lead and manage the accounting department (approximately 10 staff members) - Oversee all accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, cost accounting, and financial reporting- Conduct financial analysis to support business strategy and performance improvement - Prepare management reports and present financial results to senior executives- Ensure compliance with Thai accounting standards, tax regulations, and BOI requirements- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis- Strengthen internal controls and accounting processes- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and government authorities- Support business planning and provide financial insights to management

- The Finance & Accounting Manager reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for all aspects of the Finance, Accounting, and Investor Relations functions of the company and its overseas subsidiaries in Vietnam. - Monitor and control P&L, cash flow, working capital, and financial risks.- Work closely with the Chief Accountant in Vietnam to ensure accurate accounting records and compliance with local regulations.- Manage and coordinate with the Shared Service Center in Thailand, covering finance support, accounting consolidation, and reporting.- Travel frequently to Vietnam to work with on-site accounting and finance teams and support business operations.- Direct, manage, and oversee all aspects of finance, accounting, and investor relations.- Responsible for overseeing accounting and related functions to ensure relevant reporting compliance according to SET, SEC, MOC, and other regulations.- Represent the company as a spokesperson in communication with analysts, investors, and shareholders.- Support and execute the company’s investment expansions and potential partnerships via new projects, joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions.- Provide recommendations and an execution plan to support the Strategic Plan of the company.
