  • Job Description

    - To review and formulate Human Resource Management plans.
    - Review salary structures, performance appraisals and career paths, including compensation and benefits packages.
    - Work with Human Resource Development department to develop employee potential and efficiency.
    - Review management reports, employee requests and complaints, track relevant issues to develop and implement improvement projects.
    - Plan and summarize labor costs for business planning and annual plans.
    - Implement new HR tools and provide HR knowledge to line managers.
    - Negotiate and advise to labor unions on issues related to employees and labor law.
    - Consider new employee activities and review previous activities for improvement.
    - Develop activity plans and training plans to improve compliance knowledge to all employees.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
    - Master degree will be advantage.
    - At least 10 years work experience in Human Resource Management and over 8 years experience in management level.
    - At least 10 years work experience in manufacturing field environment.
    - Experience to negotiate with labor union.
    - Strong knowledge in labor laws.
    - Good communicate in English.
    - Able to work under pressure.
    - Management skill.
