  • Job Description

    - Lead new product development initiatives by sourcing new suppliers and identifying market needs.
    - Handle import/export documentation (shipping instructions, customs, invoicing, etc.) and ensure regulatory compliance.
    - Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and resolve order/delivery issues.
    - Manage inventory, track sales performance, and generate periodic sales reports.
    - Coordinate with logistics teams, warehouses, and suppliers both locally and abroad.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Food Science, or related field.
    - 3–5 years of experience in trading, import/export, or business development in FMCG or food industry.
    - Good command of English (Japanese is a plus).
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
    - Quick learner, flexible, detail-oriented.
