    - New sales to clients such as developers, trading companies, manufacturers, and industrial parks.
    - Acquiring the contract on the construction projects.
    - Obtaining construction bidding information.
    - Building trusting relationships with clients.
    - Coordinating with the company's manager, design and architectural departments for bidding projects .
    - Coordinating and negotiating with internal and external parties.
    - Collecting information on the construction industry and clients.
    - Other tasks as assigned by Manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Male or Female, age 35-50 years old
    - 5 years experience as Sales in Consutruction company (especially General Comstruction company or Industrial park)
    - Have a good connection with Land developer, Manufacturing company, Logistics company, Industrial park
    - Not a Job hopper

    <Advantage>
    - Have a good command of English

    Level 4 - Conversational Level
