    [Responsibilities]
    1. Sales Strategy Development
    - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals in international markets.
    - Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities

    2. Distributor Management
    - Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distributors in targeted international markets.
    - Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors, ensuring they are aligned with the company’s objectives and standards.
    - Provide training and support to distributors to enhance their sales capabilities.

    3. Sales Performance Monitoring
    - Set sales targets and monitor performance against these targets.
    - Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market conditions.

    4. Market Expansion
    - Conduct market research to identify potential markets and customer segments.
    - Develop and execute market entry strategies for new regions.

    5. Customer Relationship Management
    - Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders in international markets.
    - Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

    6. Collaboration
    - Work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment of strategies and operations.
    - Participate in international trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote the company and its products.

    7. Compliance and Reporting
    - Ensure all sales activities comply with international regulations and company policies.
    - Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s Degree
    - Experience in Export sales (Automotive industry is better)
    - Strong understanding of international markets and business practices
    ‐ Skills: Able to establish and manage sales budget, plan, and analyze gap, propose measures to maintain sales
    - Good command of English (Business Level)
    - Having driver license

    - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing distributor networks
    - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
    - Ability to travel internationally as required
    - Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
