Job Description
1. Coordination and Promotion Management- Coordinate and manage the promotion areas, ensuring all equipment and promotional materials are properly arranged.- Organize on-counter promotions and coordinate product ordering (Credit Sales).2. Sales Target Achievement- Plan and propose monthly promotional strategies to increase sales.- Identify and approach new customer groups.- Propose activities to increase E, R, and M customer engagement.- Conduct regular branch visits to check stock and operations.- Summarize monthly sales results and promotional activities to report to the Brand Manager.- Promote products through corporate offices and explore new sales opportunities.3. Sales Data Recording & Forecasting- Record and update sales data and relevant information every 5 days.- Conduct sales forecasting and report regularly to the Brand Manager.- Report top-selling items, customer numbers, and GWP (Gift with Purchase) stock.4. Counter & Equipment Management- Oversee counter areas including facial massage rooms, display setup, cleanliness, tester and GWP stock.- Prepare display equipment for new and main products.- Arrange GWP materials and equipment for on-counter promotions.5. BC (Beauty Consultant) Supervision- Monitor the appearance, grooming, and conduct of BCs.- Provide training and development in sales skills and customer management (F, E, R, M).- Track and report on BC campaign activities.- Maintain monthly work schedules and OT summaries for submission to HR.6. Inventory and Stock Control- Supervise and control product ordering, tester and GWP distribution.- Verify BC documents and expenses.- Conduct stock audits at least twice per year per branch.- Manage and control ordering of counter supplies and submit related expenses to the Brand Manager.7. Travel Retail (King Power) Management- Oversee King Power counters and staff as per Japanese HQ instructions.- Analyze the travel retail market, prepare monthly reports, and attend meetings with the Japan team.8. Reporting- Prepare various reports and complete any tasks assigned by the Brand Manager.- Monitor and report interesting activities or promotions from competitors in each department store.
