Job Description

- Being responsible all document both of suppliers and customers.- Preparing Contract, Delivery Order Sheet, Tax Invoice, Bill Replacement and Others.- Experiences in import/Export and understand related documents (such as BL, customs)- Creating and maintaining customer master data, new product data into company system- Coordinating with other departments especially Accountant for a smooth workflow and operation- Assist in managing and tracking purchase document- Closely monitoring and coordinating on fulfilment of billing and payments- Provides secretarial support to all sales staff- Maintain organized any assign report to the Management- Other assigned tasks
