งานรับผิดชอบหลัก• วางแผน ควบคุม และติดตามงานซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักรหลัก ทั้งงาน PM, CM และงาน Overhaul• ควบคุมความพร้อมใช้งานของเครื่องจักรให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายของบริษัท• วิเคราะห์เหตุการณ์เสีย (Breakdown) พร้อมกำหนดแนวทางแก้ไขและป้องกัน• วิเคราะห์ประวัติการซ่อมเพื่อลด Downtime และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน (Reliability) ของเครื่องจักร• ควบคุมต้นทุนงานซ่อม เช่น ค่าอะไหล่ และผู้รับเหมา พร้อมวิเคราะห์ Maintenance Cost และ Cost per Hour• วางแผนการใช้โหล่และการคุมสต็อก Critical Spare Parts• ควบคุมคุณภาพงานซ่อมให้ถูกต้องตามหลักวิศวกรรมและมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย• บริหาร จัดการ และพัฒนาศักยภาพทีมวิศวกร หัวหน้าช่าง และช่างซ่อมบำรุง• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายใน Supplier, Dealer และผู้รับเหมาภายนอก• จัดทำและวิเคราะห์รายงาน KPIs (Availability, Downtime, MTBF, MTTR, PM Compliance และ Maintenance Cost)• ร่วมพิจารณาและสนับสนุนข้อมูลเพื่อการตัดสินใจซ่อมใหญ่ การลงทุน หรือการปลดจำหน่ายเครื่องจักร

[Job summary]- Oversee and manage accounting operations, including the coordination and completion of annual audits.- Manage tax-related activities, including the preparation and filing of tax returns, and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing financial reports or statements.- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.- Support the team in resolving accounting discrepancies and irregularities.- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.- Potentially take on the role of Division Manager, overseeing multiple departments within the company.- Other tasks as assigned
