วัตถุประสงค์ของตำแหน่ง:ตรวจสอบคุณภาพสินค้า มาตรฐานการผลิต ความสะอาด ความปลอดภัย และความพร้อมของกระบวนการผลิต เพื่อให้สินค้าตรงตามสเปกที่ตกลงกับลูกค้า และลดความเสี่ยงในการถูกปฏิเสธสินค้า ทั้งนี้ต้องสามารถรายงานข้อเท็จจริงได้อย่างอิสระ โดยไม่ขึ้นตรงต่อฝ่ายโรงงานหน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:1. ตรวจสอบคุณภาพสินค้า- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพข้าวในทุกขั้นตอนการผลิต- ตรวจสอบให้สินค้าตรงตามสเปกที่ตกลงกับลูกค้า- ตรวจสอบตัวอย่างสินค้า ความชื้น สิ่งเจือปน สี กลิ่น และคุณลักษณะอื่นตามข้อกำหนด- แจ้งเตือนและรายงานความเสี่ยงที่อาจทำให้สินค้าไม่ผ่านมาตรฐานก่อนการส่งมอบ2. ตรวจสอบมาตรฐานโรงงาน- ตรวจสอบความสะอาดภายในโรงงานและพื้นที่จัดเก็บสินค้า- ตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย- ตรวจสอบความพร้อมและสภาพการทำงานของเครื่องจักร- ตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดด้านคุณภาพและมาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้อง3. ลงพื้นที่และตรวจติดตาม- ลงพื้นที่โรงงานและคลังสินค้าอย่างสม่ำเสมอ- ตรวจสอบข้อร้องเรียนหรือปัญหาคุณภาพที่เกิดขึ้น- ติดตามการแก้ไขปัญหาและการป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดซ้ำ4. จัดทำรายงานและสื่อสารกับผู้บริหาร- จัดทำรายงานผลการตรวจพร้อมภาพถ่ายและหลักฐานประกอบ- รายงานปัญหา ความเสี่ยง และข้อเสนอแนะต่อผู้บริหารโดยตรง- แจ้งเหตุเร่งด่วนที่อาจส่งผลกระทบต่อคุณภาพสินค้า การส่งมอบ หรือความปลอดภัยทันที5. ตรวจสอบก่อนการส่งออก- ตรวจสอบสินค้าก่อนการส่งมอบให้ลูกค้า- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายส่งออกและโรงงานเพื่อแก้ไขข้อบกพร่อง
