- Manage and governance an overall quality issues across organization include an external provider quality issue. - Manage an overall quality control and quality system in all areas of organization.- Quality planning to achieve customer specification requirements and all applicable requirements. - Manage and monitor KPIs to achieve quality goals and company’s goals. - Control and maintain an effectiveness of quality control and quality management system. - Manage customer claim and complaint including supplier claim.- Driving the quality performance through overall integrated program with engineering department, operation department, and across organization teams.- Support quality audit plan and implement both internal and external audit.- Establish an internal quality document, implement, and maintain compliance with customer requirements.- Teamwork building and conflict management in organization.- Driving quality awareness (mindset) and motivation all employees to build in quality.- Lead in quality problem solving by QC 7 tools.- Coaching and supervising quality engineer, quality inspector and all staff in the team.- Support, establish, implement, and maintain QMS in accordance with aerospace standard AS9100. - Support special process audit for National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program (NADCAP). - Manpower planning for quality control section.- Other jobs as assigned by Quality General Manager or High Level.
