- Determine the human resource management policy of the company, including the operational strategy. - Establish guidelines and control the recruitment of employees Compensation and benefits Labor relations Including human resource development of the company.- Coordinate with other parties To communicate, understand, and implement human resource management policies.- Manages and monitors health care operations. Safety and environment of employees.- Assists employees with issues and questions, such as payroll and company policies.- Manages and monitors health care operations. Safety and environment of employees.- Other duties as commanded by the superior. - Processes salary data all including report to Acc & Fn. Division (SSO,PND1,PVD, any Income and Deduct etc.)- Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify performance gaps and implement performance improvement initiatives through targeted training and development interventions.- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.- Support the recruitment process by assisting in sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.- Develop and implement effective human resource development strategies, policies, and programs to support the organization's talent management objectives.- Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). - At the same time, conduct the necessary interview, such as performance interview, talent interview and exit interview.
