- Oversees the full scope of human resources.- Provide and recommendation to other management on human resource management issues.- Execute and monitor activities on health,safety and environment affaire.- Enforce company working rules and regulations and ensure that these are up-dated.- Enforce and supervise the impletation of company communication system to ensure good relation between employee and management or company.- Develop humen resource development policy to enhance employee's skills and knowledge.- Management support to top management or other activities as needed.
