- Perform as the key contact for internal and external logistics, including Import/Export activities, ensure the acquisition of necessary government permits, licenses, and approvals to comply with regulatory requirements and project needs- Coordinate and manage the process of obtaining the necessary import licenses and permits for importing hazardous inks and ensure that all required documentation is in order before shipments arrive in Thailand.- Coordinating the Import/Export of goods, including working with freight forwarders and other logistics providers, to ensure cost-effective shipment of goods/products both inbound and outbound.- Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing and inventory management- Prepare and verify related documents Import / Export shipping document such as invoice, packing list, BL, AWB, FORM FTA, etc.- Coordinate and manage the procurement of cargo insurance for both Imports and Exports, ensuring adequate coverage against damage, loss during transit.- Ensure proper documentation and filing for all insurance-related paperwork, including claims, certificates, and policies, to maintain compliance with company and legal requirements.- Maintain accurate records of all shipments and expenses, ensure proper documentation for traceability, and support compliance with ISO 9001 & 14001 standards.- Handle any Import-Export-related claims, disputes, or inspections.- Ensure the proper handling and storage of goods in accordance with safety standards, including managing inventory and warehouse operations (Machine, Ink DG and Ink Non DG).- Issue inventory transfer documents when moving goods between locations (Delivery note).- Preparing purchase order which receive from Sales/marketing Div and/or Technical Support Division- Place the purchase orders for machine or any to HQ or Mimaki Engineering Co., Ltd. Or subsidiaries- Inputting orders receive into the Accurate system (Inventory)- Instructing the logistics Section on shipping goods or any orders- To manage movement or incoming and outgoing of inventory on warehouse (MMKTH Stock Room, Machine warehouse and Inks Warehouse)- Operation logistics in providing seamless support the value customers and business partners- To manage incoming and outgoing delivery of goods.- To control, maintain and do weekly (machine only) or monthly Inventory Report, physically check of inventory for first half fiscal year and end of fiscal year- Accepting and controlling incoming shipment machine, ink and spare parts- Other administrative work in connection with importation- Coordinating with the Accounting team about the payment of Import/Export processes- Monthly report (Inventory in 4 Locations)
