*GDC Inbound Operations*- To support above level or/and Logistic Manager in overseeing daily activity.- Assist in operation activity whenever necessary.- Ensure Inbound relevant the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or Work Instructions (WI) are being maintained and updated, understand the importance of adopting proper change control process that conforms to quality standards.- Control products transfer In/Out GDC to be 3rd party sterile service provider and also sterile samples delivery to lab service provider as planned.- Manage the efficient flow of warehouse products and materials.- Ensure FEFO of finished goods and material are followed throughout the processes.- Ensure compliance to quality and regulatory requirements.- Follow up the Inbound warehouse ERP system with IT team.- Monthly GDC Warehouse productivity control and report, Warehouse inventory sampling check and report.- Control GDC quarantine inventory by no risk of holding goods pass to customer and work with stakeholder for management.- GDC material rolling forecasting and cooperating with procurement team.- Support GDC bi-yearly Stock-take reconciliation at warehouse.- Keeps working and storage areas safe, clean, 5S control and organized.- Ensure / Supervise warehouse security.- Monthly summary report requirement from manager.- Control repackaging MIT & MIS product at GDC site.*GDC Facilities and GDC Warehouse Improvement*- Conducts and documents regular facilities inspections.- Control GDC Warehouse facility monitoring on plan and follow with service provider in emergency case.- Forecasts, allocates, and supervises the physical resources of the facility.- Up to date and Maintain calibration equipment EML & EMS monthly, yearly as per plan.- Cooperate with HLAM about contingency plan and safety work instruction.- Establish GDC yearly preventive maintenance and make sure it executes on plan.- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to approve handling warehouse and logistic projects.- Working with the SCM Change Control Engineer to drive GDC improvement project.- Report on achievement of targets and identify any corrective action.- Deliver progressive presentations for internal meetings.- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior level.
