The company designs and sells jewelry featuring rare natural gemstones and diamonds, targeting affluent customers and jewelry collectors.【Business】-Planning, manufacturing, and selling luxury jewelry-Sourcing and handling rare gemstones-Custom-made jewelry production【Main Products】-Diamond rings, necklaces, and earrings-Emeralds, rubies, and sapphires-Rare gemstones such as Paraiba tourmalines-Fine jewelry made with gold and platinum【Role】We are seeking an experienced jewelry professional to coordinate the development of exceptional high jewelry pieces in gold, diamonds, and precious gemstones. Working closely with designers and the factory, you will ensure each piece meets the approved design and craftsmanship standards and is delivered on schedule, while providing clear progress reports to top management.【Key responsibilities】- Translate designers’ concepts into clear development requirements in collaboration with the factory, identifying technical challenges before production.- Review drawings, CAD models, samples, and finished pieces for design accuracy, construction, proportions, stone setting, and finishing.- Coordinate development schedules, monitor progress, and resolve issues with designers and factory teams.- Oversee quality control at key production stages and before final approval.- Track defects, coordinate corrective work, and follow up on recurring quality issues.- Monitor development costs, material usage, and changes against approved requirements.- Maintain accurate specifications, approval records, quality reports, and product documentation.- Report progress, delays, and quality concerns, and identify decisions requiring input from top management.
