Key Responsibilities :
• Strategic Marketing & Portfolio Management: Analyze Product Lifecycles (PLC) and formulate comprehensive strategies for both new and existing products, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and long-term vision. Forecasts long-term trends and plans Portfolio strategy.
• Launch Excellence & Commercialization: Plans Launch Excellence for Strategic Products. Determine competitive pricing strategies and market access plans in collaboration with Sales and Business Development (BD) to ensure product competitiveness.
• Team Management & People Development: Coaches to unlock potential and build team engagement. Set clear KPIs to monitor performance and conduct fair, transparent performance evaluations to build a strong, high-performing marketing team.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Connects cross-functional collaboration to eliminate silos. Collaborate with the Supply Chain department on sales forecasting to ensure optimal inventory levels and prevent stock-outs.

【Must】
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Medical Science. (Master's degree/MBA or Marketing specialization is highly preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
- At least 3 years of experience in a management role or managing Strategic Products.
- Pharmacist license is required
- Good command of English.
- Driving license and own a car.
