  Job Overview:
  We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee and manage our overall accounting operations. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of daily financial management, parent company reporting, bank account administration, and accounting system implementation and maintenance.
  
  Key Responsibilities
  Accounting & Systems Management
  - Select, implement, and maintain the company’s accounting systems.
  - Manage daily accounting inputs and maintain system accuracy.
  - Handle daily revenue tracking, expense management, and asset management.
  
  Financial Reporting & Parent Company Communication
  - Prepare and submit monthly financial statements to the parent company.
  - Prepare and submit required documents and reports for year-end/period-end financial closing.
  - Issue cost-reimbursement requests to the parent company (e.g., local operational expenses incurred by business travelers that should be borne by the parent company).
  - Act as the primary point of contact for the parent company’s finance team, handling inquiries and ongoing communication (Japanese capability is preferred for this function).
  
  Treasury & Banking Operations
  - Oversee bank accounts and manage all incoming and outgoing payments.
