【Position Summary】We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager who can lead our accounting team through the transition toward IFRS-based reporting. The successful candidate will supervise local accounting staff, ensure accuracy in financial data preparation, and coordinate with the head office and auditors to meet both Thai and IFRS reporting requirements.【Key Responsibilities】- Manage daily accounting operations and supervise 4 staff. (2 Accounting, 2 Admin)- Prepare and review financial statements under Thai GAAP and assist in IFRS conversion and reporting.- Guide and train staff in IFRS-related accounting processes.- Coordinate with the external auditors and Japanese HQ for consolidated financial reporting.- Review accounting data, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure accuracy of reports.- Support management with financial analysis and ad-hoc reporting as required.
