  - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
  - Identify and acquire new B2B customers, including skincare, cosmetics, and personal care brands seeking OEM/ODM manufacturing services.
  - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and potential business partners.
  - Understand customer requirements and coordinate with R&D, Product Development, and Production teams to propose suitable products and manufacturing solutions.
  - Lead sales negotiations, pricing discussions, quotations, and commercial agreements.
  - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify new business opportunities.
  - Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
  - Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to improve performance and achieve sales targets.
  - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requirements, product specifications, quality expectations, and delivery schedules are met.
  - Develop long-term partnerships with customers to support repeat business and sustainable growth.
