  Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, account plans, sales targets, budgets, and forecasts to drive business growth.
  • Manage key Modern Trade accounts, build strong relationships with buyers and decision-makers, and grow sales across existing and new accounts.
  • Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing, trade terms, rebates, listing fees, promotions, and other customer agreements while maintaining profitability.
  • Plan and manage trade promotions, displays, and product visibility, with a focus on sales growth and promotion ROI.
  • Drive SKU performance by managing product mix, distribution, listings, new product opportunities, and underperforming SKUs.
  • Coordinate with Planning, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure product availability, order fulfillment, delivery, collections, and trade spending are well managed.
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitors, and customer data; provide business insights and recommendations to improve sales and profitability.
  • Lead and coach the sales team, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in sales processes and operations.
