工作内容
- Develop new business opportunities within the Thai manufacturing market.
- Promote and sell cutting tools, including carbide inserts, CBN inserts, end mills, turning tools, and related machining products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with manufacturers, distributors, agents, and key industrial customers.
- Conduct customer visits to understand machining requirements and identify business opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical teams to recommend suitable cutting-tool solutions.
- Support product demonstrations, tool trials, and customer technical requirements.
- Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and commercial negotiations.
- Follow up on sales opportunities from initial contact through quotation, trial, order, and after-sales service.
- Monitor customer requirements, competitor activities, market trends, and pricing.
- Coordinate with Chinese-speaking suppliers/partners regarding product information, technical requirements, and customer requests.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, market updates, and customer reports to management.
- Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and technical events to develop new business opportunities.
资格
任职资格
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Sales Engineering, or Business Development.
- Experience selling cutting tools, CNC machinery, machine tools, tooling, industrial equipment, or related products is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of machining processes and industrial customers.
- Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) – able to communicate with Chinese suppliers/business partners.
- Good command of English for communication, product information, and coordination with international teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and able to develop new customers independently.
- Willing to travel regularly for customer visits in industrial areas.
- Valid driving license is preferred.英文
