  - Define and drive HR strategy (HR Roadmap) aligned with the company's vision and business objectives.
  - Collaborate with senior management on manpower planning and organizational restructuring to support growth.
  - Talent Acquisition & Retention:
  - Oversee recruitment processes for key personnel and critical positions.
  - Build and develop employer branding to attract young talent and high performers.
  - Organization & People Development:
  - Plan and drive employee development (Learning & Development) and succession planning.
  - Foster core values and corporate culture that support productivity and employee well-being.
  - Performance & Compensation Management:
  - Design and develop fair performance evaluation systems (KPIs/OKRs) that reflect actual performance.
  - Structure salary, benefits, and total rewards to be competitive in the market.
  - Employee Relations & Compliance:
  - Manage employee relations, advise line managers on people management, and handle disputes with compromise.
  - Ensure all HR operations comply with labor laws and regulations.
