• 工作内容

  - Team Management — Support the management and supervision of the sales team in accordance with instructions from the Managing Director and Manager.
  - Team Management — Understand and communicate the company's and MD's business policies to local staff, while supporting the monitoring of implementation progress.
  - Team Management — Assist in tracking team performance and ensuring operational activities align with company objectives.
  - Customer Management — Manage existing customers through route sales activities, including needs assessment, product/service introductions, quotations, and order processing.
  - Customer Management — Develop new business opportunities by contacting prospective customers, exchanging information, identifying business challenges, proposing suitable solutions, and supporting account opening procedures.
  - Customer Management — Provide first-line support for customer inquiries and product-related issues, and coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  - Supplier Management — Strengthen collaboration with suppliers by organizing joint customer visits, product training sessions, seminars, and exhibitions as an authorized distributor.
  - Supplier Management — Lead regular business review meetings with suppliers to exchange market information, discuss sales challenges, and formulate expansion strategies.
  - Supplier Management — Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with suppliers through continuous communication and collaboration.
