工作内容
- Develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts within the M&E and construction materials market, including steel, pipes, copper, lighting, and related products.
- Promote products to consultants, designers, contractors, developers, and project owners to secure product specifications (Spec-in) and vendor approvals.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions through presentations, proposals, and product recommendations.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, quotation preparation, negotiations, project follow-up, and order closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers while ensuring successful project execution through close collaboration with internal teams.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to grow project pipelines and increase market share.
资格
任职资格
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Engineering background preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Project Sales, Sales Engineering, or Technical Sales within construction materials, M&E systems, lighting, structural products, or related industries.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Thai.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel upcountry for customer visits.
Advantages:

- Fresh graduates with a strong engineering background and Mandarin proficiency may be considered.英文
