【Job Description】

As a Senior Consultant, you lead digital transformation workstreams and help clients translate strategy into practical, technology-enabled change — across digital strategy, customer experience, CRM, analytics, platform transformation, and technology operating
models.
You will be part of a collaborative, inclusive, and entrepreneurial team where your ideas are valued and your development is supported. You will work closely with experienced consultants and Managers, take ownership of workstreams, and play a growing role in shaping how clients solve their most complex digital and technology challenges.
【Responsibilities】
・ Lead workstreams within client engagements across digital strategy and transformation programs
・ Manage day-to-day client stakeholder interactions, serving as a key point of contact for assigned workstreams
・ Lead qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify business issues, root causes, opportunities, and technology-enabled solutions
・ Translate business requirements into digital, customer, platform, data, and technology operating model recommendations
・ Design future-state operating models, customer journeys, digital capabilities, and implementation roadmaps across Marketing, Commerce, Sales, Service, and CX functions
・ Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, and collaborative working sessions with client teams
・ Develop client-ready presentations, strategic recommendations, business cases, and implementation plans
・Support project management activities, including planning, coordination, risk tracking, quality assurance, and deliverable ownership
・ Mentor junior consultants by providing guidance on analysis, client communication, and professional development
・ Support business development by helping shape proposal content, identify follow- on opportunities, and develop reusable practice knowledge
・ Stay current on emerging digital, customer experience, CRM, data, AI, and platform trends, and translate insights into client value
资格
任职资格
【Must】
・ 4-8 years of digital transformation, technology, customer experience, product, analytics, or management consulting experience
・Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field
・Business level of English is required
・Experience leading digital strategy, technology-enabled transformation, customer experience, CRM, platform, analytics, or operating model initiatives
・Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

・MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
・Japanese speaking英文
