  • 工作内容

    -Manage recruitment and employee selection processes (Recruitment & Selection)
    -Handle employment contracts, HR documentation, and new employee orientation
    -Maintain employee records and documentation
    -Manage employee group insurance enrollment and termination processes
    -Oversee attendance, leave management, and time attendance systems
    -Manage compensation, payroll, and employee benefits (Compensation & Benefits), including payroll processing and payslip preparation
    -Supervise company regulations, HR policies, and employee disciplinary matters
    -Conduct performance evaluations twice a year (May / November)
    -Build organizational culture, organize employee activities, and promote employee engagement (monthly, annually, or according to company policy)
    -Coordinate with relevant government authorities
    -Prepare and submit employee withholding tax forms (PND.1)
    -Submit annual tax documents for executives. (CEO/COO)
    -Prepare annual tax documents such as withholding tax certificates (50 Bis)
    -Calculate overtime (OT), commissions, bonuses, other compensation, and tax deduction items
    -Handle annual tax deduction documentation (L.Y.01)
    -Verify the accuracy of social security and other related fund information associated with taxation (Social Security Fund / Student Loan Fund – KYS)
    -Manage expatriate employee taxation and related Visa / Work Permit documentation
    -Handle Social Security and Workmen’s Compensation Fund documentation (Kor Tor.20 / Kor Tor.26)
    -Coordinate with the IT department regarding employee email account creation and deactivation for onboarding and offboarding
    -Procure and prepare computers and required software for employees
    -Purchase and manage all office supplies
    -Main responsibilities include managing company events and activities.
    -Overseeing the use of equipment and software for the Creative team.
    -Coordinating MacBook, Adobe License, and production equipment.

资格

  • 任职资格

    Requirements:
    - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
    - Minimum 5 years of HR experience in HR Manager / HRBP / Senior HR roles
    - Experience in people management
    - Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and HR tools

    Advantages:
    - Experience in a Digital Agency, Startup, or Tech company
    - Experience working in a creative, fast-paced environment
    - Business-level English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) is an advantage
