    Job Summary
    The Car Service Manager manages the service department, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. The role bridges customers and technical teams to deliver premium automotive service standards.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Service Operations
    - Manage daily workshop activities.
    - Assign jobs to technicians based on skill level.
    - Monitor job progress and ensure on-time delivery.
    - Ensure quality inspection before vehicle handover.

    2. Customer Management
    - Greet and consult customers regarding vehicle issues.
    - Prepare service quotations and explain repair recommendations.
    - Handle complaints and follow-up after service completion.
    - Maintain customer records and service history.

    3. Revenue & Target Achievement
    - Achieve monthly service sales targets.
    - Promote preventive maintenance packages.
    - Upsell additional services where necessary.
    - Monitor service conversion rate.

    4. Coordination
    - Coordinate with Head Technician for complex technical issues.
    - Work closely with parts department for availability.
    - Report performance and issues to Operation Manager.

资格

  • 任职资格

    【Must】
    - Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering or related field
    - 3–5 years experience in automotive service management
    - Proven experience handling customer consultations and complaint resolution
    - Technical understanding of premium vehicles
