工作内容
- Develop, service and manage accounts comprising mainly of hotels, hospitals, other lodging houses and designer market in the country of Thailand.- In charge of achieving marketing and financial objectives in the institutional segment.- Liaise with Principal on day-to-day operation.- Improve operational systems, efficiency and effectiveness- Coordinate with cross-functional teams- Work with Marketing team to prepare sales materials for presentations.- Source and develop product line to increase competitive advantage in the business.- Monitor the competitive environment; evaluate and develop counter-attack strategies and actions to compete with them- Manage inventory and accounts receivables at optimal levels.- To take on any other duties and responsibilities as and when required by management from time to time.- Coordinate with factory (local & overseas) on production timeline, specifications, and packaging requirements.- Plan delivery schedule, container arrangement and manage on-site installation for hotel projects.- Work with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery.- Coordinate with hotel engineers, purchasing, and housekeeping during pre-delivery and installation stages.- Prepare monthly sales forecast, quarterly outlook, and annual budget for hospitality segment.- Coordinate with Finance for deposit collection, payment schedule, and invoicing.- Track GP margin, freight cost, and project profitability.- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, operators, designers and purchasing managers.- Conduct market research on new hotel developments and update sales pipeline regularly.- Handle customer service issues and coordinate corrective actions with factories and logistics teams.
