工作内容
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
- Prepare necessary equipment and facilities for new employees.
- Coordinate training and development activities, including sourcing, documentation, coordinating with the Accounting Department and follow-up.
- Collect and report training participation and results.
- Maintain and update employee information in HRIS and other HR records.
- Ensure employees comply with company policies and basic regulations.
- Support basic labor law compliance, such as attendance tracking and leave management.
- Support and organize employee engagement activities to strengthen team relationships.
- Assist in organizing and communicating activities that enhance the company’s image, such as CSR programs, job fairs, university roadshows, and corporate social media channels (LinkedIn and TikTok).
- Assist in collecting data for employee performance evaluation and follow up with reports to the HR Executive.
- Coordinate employee health, safety, and welfare programs, including annual health checks and group insurance.
- Managing office equipment and ensuring workplace facilities are well-maintained.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Executive.

任职资格
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of HR experience.
