工作内容
1.Respond the incoming calls and emails from customers on products ordering enquiries.
2.Enter sales order, prepare invoice and arrange daily goods delivery with local, outstation & oversea transporter. Prepare price quotation, advise order quality/forecast and inform ordering schedule to customers and update price list in SBO system. Allocate goods and ensure correct item and quantity is picked and packed by warehouse.
3.Follow up customer payment, cheque collection and bank in during month end. Liaise with customers on any defective/damaged goods return and replacement. Provide guideline to driver what the action to take on for damaged goods per sales team advice.
4.Ensure all shipping documents, e.g. invoice, packing list, form, etc. in proper before vessel arrive; Provide shipping documents, clearance instruction and arrange payment to Freight Forwarder for vessel arrival; Arrange with driver to send sufficient used pallet and label to warehouse for un-stuffing drum from container and labelling, and collect goods warehouse.
5.Support daily office and sales administrative activities including word processing, mail and distribution, central files, messenger and supplies, payment arrangement, internal and external audits; Assist in scheduling and coordination of sales administrative projects including organize exhibition and conference; Act as a liaison for contractors, office maintenance and service providers, e.g. renewal for business trading license, insurance policies, fire extinguishers, IT server connection, etc.
6.Work with team on local entity account activities and transaction, e.g. retrieve and identify bank incoming payment transaction and extract statement, maintain and update data in SBO, sales projection, customer collection plan, obsoleted stock analysis report, internal and external audits, etc.

1.Typically require minimum of 1-3 years related experience in sales administration and/or logistics.
2.Vocational education in business management or logistics or engineering/technical discipline.
3.Good interpersonal and influencing skills.
4.Good communication and written skills in English.
5.Good time and project management skills.
6.Ability to work in a team environment, cultivate good customer relationships.
7.Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
8.Ability to stay calm, positive, helpful and optimistic in stressful situations.
9.Ability to translate customer requirements, identify and quantify the value of collaborative customer solutions.
