- Receive security system alerts (such as burglary, fire, or emergency button alarms)
- Check on-site situations by contacting customers by phone
- Handle customer inquiries
- Provide information regarding contract details and system operation procedures
- Offer initial support and guidance in case of incidents or system issues
- Gather and report information about system malfunctions or equipment defects
- Coordinate with company's security teams, technical staff, and sales representatives
