- Organize all retail channel operations and allocate responsibilities to Regional Sales Manager & Supervisors &PCs.- Organize all retail store operations and promotion events to responsibilities to Manager &Supervisors &PCP- Guide to Regional Sales Manager, Supervisors, PC & PCP towards maximum performance.- Prepare break event analysis and margin control about the price list by monthly basic.- Monitor stocks levels and Quota to purchase to HQ and prepare selling FCST report to purchasing team.- Planning for future products promotion and control price for all Retail channels.- Deal with complaints from Retail customers, Customers to maintain the brand reputation.- Inspect the layout in the SIS store and Dealer store for resolve any issue such as layout, competition.- Survey and update the market trends to determine the need for improvements the store.- Tracking sales for each store and comparing with the competitor / Products Benchmark in the retail market.- Maintains shop in shop, Dealer staffs, Supervisors, Manager by recruiting, selecting, interviewing and training employee.- Maintains Manager, Supervisors & PC job by training, coaching, counseling and discipline.- Achieves financial objectives by price control, clearing CR, Slow moving and discontinued products.- Assortment for store improvement by products display management, keep well relationship with a store manager and floor manager.- Monitor and considering to open a new shop KA, reasonable guarantee target, prepare inside-outside store report to a management.- Communicate well to Managers, Supervisors & PC, PCP regarding to the updated company policy from management via talk or inform into line group.- Update promotion price list or any price change to CRC, HP, Diana, TWD and checking the price on each store for adjusted correctly.- Meeting with management of CRC, HP, Diana, TWD for direction for sale performance by monthly and yearly target sale.
