  Responsibilities:
  - Oversee the tender project from start to finish and perform a key role in planning, budgeting, and presenting.
  - Construction management along with monitoring and examining the structural work, architecture, and interior design as planned.
  - Check the details and conditions of the contract, review the construction forms, check for material approval, and inspect construction requirements with a plan to track construction and materials.
  - Communicate effectively with the contractors responsible for completing various phases of the project.
  - Using engineering principles and building law, including supervising construction contractors to deliver quality work on schedule and manage the impact of work changes on the schedule.
  - Recruit new contractors with potential and capability to support the expansion of the company in the future.
  - Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold status meetings with all the sub-teams.
  - Coordinate with the Safety section to identify, review, and evaluate the risk assessment. Establish the OH&S control and monitoring methods and implement them to achieve conformity with OH&S requirements and objectives.
  - Control overall OH&S management in construction operations for both the company and subcontractors.
