- Develop and maintain BIM models for Data Center projects- Prepare coordination/shop drawings using Revit- Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts- Coordinate with M&E, architectural, and structural teams- Update BIM models and as-built drawings during construction- Support site teams with routing and installation coordination

- Review in-house design and tender and contract documents for MEP packages; coordinate with in-house engineering team to help correct errors in the design documents.- Sign and seal the corrected design documents.- Liaise with local authorities for submission.- Communicate effectively in meetings with local clients, contractors, and sub-consultants.- Experience with technical detailing.- Understanding of critical fire protection and fire alarm systems, such as Automatic Fire Alarm & Detection systems, Manual Fire Alarm systems, and Aspirating Smoke Detection (ASD) systems.- Understanding of critical plumbing systems, including water calculation, water supply systems, wastewater, drainage systems, and rain and stormwater drainage systems.
