工作内容
- Conduct market research and assist in identifying business opportunities in overseas markets
- Coordinate with international clients regarding products, pricing, order details, and delivery schedules
- Receive purchase orders from customers and coordinate with internal departments (e.g., production, warehouse, logistics)
- Monitor and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Support the preparation of sales and export-related documents
- Assist in managing customer relationships and developing new business accounts
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Management, Administration, Marketing, and Factory
- Learn and contribute to achieving export sales targets and improving overall sales processes
- Occasionally support overseas business trips and exhibitions (depending on company plans)
资格
应征条件
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Good command of English, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in the field of export sales
- Basic knowledge of international trade and export documentation is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Team player with a positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
- Able to travel domestically or internationally if required英文
