Strategic HR Planning
- Collaborate with senior leadership and business unit heads to understand business goals and translate them into effective HR strategies and initiatives.

- Lead talent acquisition efforts, onboarding, and retention strategies.

Employee Relations
- Proactively manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.

Organizational Development
- Identify and implement initiatives that support organizational growth, effectiveness, and employee engagement.

Compensation and Benefits
- Partner with compensation and benefits teams to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Contribute to the design and communication of compensation programs.
Employee Development
- Lead the rollout of learning and development initiatives to bridge skill gaps and foster career progression.
- Support leadership development and succession planning.
HR Metrics and Analytics
- Utilize data and analytics to monitor HR effectiveness and drive informed decision making.
- Provide insights to leadership on workforce trends and risks.
Legal Compliance
- Ensure HR practices align with applicable labor laws and internal policies.
- Mitigate legal risks through proactive policy implementation and training.
Diversity and Inclusion
- Champion initiatives that foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment.
HR Technology
- Leverage HRIS and digital tools to improve HR service delivery and reporting.
- Drive adoption of HR technologies to support operational efficiency.
HR Business Partnering
- Serve as a strategic partner and coach to leaders on all HR-related matters.
- Act as the voice of employees and HR within business units, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
资格
应征条件
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
- Proven track record of partnering with business leaders in a dynamic and matrixed organization.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, labor law, and HR best practices.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into HR solutions.英文
