【Job Summary】
◆HR role(80%)
- Develop and implement HRM and HRD strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee programs for leadership development to advance managerial abilities.
- Develop and manage HR policies and processes to comply with labor regulations.
- Manage a positive and supportive work environment by handling employee relations
- Monitors the market and the application of company payroll and benefits policy, in line with company and region HR strategy, collaborates actively with company controller for budgeting payroll and staff move
- Identify training needs and develop initiatives to improve staff competencies.
- Oversee programs for leadership development to advance managerial abilities.
- Manage career development and performance reviews, reports to management and provide decision support through HR KPIs
- Ensure payroll administration carried out efficiently in compliance with the local law and company policies
- Work together to create and implement organizational structures with manager and top management.
- Ad-hoc HR Administration task as needed based on operational need. (i.e. Regional/Global Projects)
◆GA and other roles(20%)
- Oversee and manage workplace safety, facilities management, and office administration.
- Coordination with relevant government agencies.
- Organize meetings, events, and other administrative tasks for the company.
- Regulate and oversee Create and put into action purchasing strategies
- Control the order details into internal databases and maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices
- Ensure that all HR practices conform to labor laws and internal company policies and regulations
- All auditor requests are prepared timeously and ready for review by GM in advance of audi
- Manage compliance of the business – preparing, submitting and completing the necessary regulatory and statutory registrations and renewals of licenses required to maintain a fully compliant operation with regional, local and national governments.
资格
任职资格
【Must】
- Bachalor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, English or related major
- More than 10 years of experience in HR field
- Have knowledges of HRD(Human Resource Development), Labor law, VISA and Work Permit,
- Management experience as Manager level up.
- Fluent in English (Business Lv. Up)
