- Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the retail fashion brand.
- Lead negotiations with landlords and shopping malls to secure prime retail spaces.
- Manage lease agreements, rental terms, and space allocations to optimize store performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and implement growth plans.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the business development team to achieve targets.
资格
任职资格
- Minimum 2 years as Director / Head of Business Development in a retail fashion brand.
- Strong experience in negotiating leases, rental agreements, and retail space management.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with landlords and commercial partners.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is an advantage.英文
