工作内容
- Plan, manage, and lead staff teams (Kitchen Helper, Steward, Table Service) at client restaurants- Ensure service quality and food standards meet client expectations- Recruit, select, train, and develop staff to support business expansion- Create schedules and optimize workforce allocation- Coordinate closely with restaurant managers and client executives to resolve operational issues promptly- Monitor and improve kitchen and front-of-house processes for efficiency- Control labor and material costs for optimal performance- Prepare operational reports for management and clients- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards- Contribute to menu planning or service standard improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
