    We support our clients in preparing surveys, sharing results, reporting, and making improvements in order to conduct surveys of employees within their companies.

    - Design survey schedule to solve client's organizational issues
    - Supporting clients and setting up systems before and after survey implementation.
    - Provide various types of support for improvement and respond to questions.

资格

  • 任职资格

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s degree in any fields
    - At least 0-2 years experience in customer success/support
    - Good command of Japanese (JLPT N2 level or above)
    - Good command of English
    - Candidates who can share the business and thoughts

    【Advantage】
    - Able to accept new set-up company
