■ Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Project Planning & Lifecycle Management- Define clear project objectives, scope, and technical roadmaps aligned with the "Future Manufacturing" vision.- Establish and optimize robust development lifecycles (Requirements → Design → Development → Testing → Release).- Execute precise estimation of schedules, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable project delivery.2. Engineering Leadership & Platform Evolution- Lead the development of core platform functions, including Master Data Management, Access Control Lists (ACL), Authentication, and Electronic Forms (E-forms).- Drive the modernization of the F-IoT platform to version 2.0, focusing on scalability and "migratability" for external clients.- Standardize technical stacks and ensure high-quality engineering practices using Terraform (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, Kafka (Data Pipeline), and API-first architectures.3. Cross-Border Team Management & Collaboration- Direct and mentor a diverse, multinational team comprising Thai and Japanese engineers, as well as external partners (e.g., FPT, BENG).- Facilitate seamless collaboration through fluent communication in Japanese and English (or Thai), ensuring cultural nuances are managed effectively.- Conduct regular progress reviews, resolve technical bottlenecks, and foster a high-performance team culture.4. Manufacturing Domain Integration- Leverage knowledge of factory operations and production processes to translate real-world manufacturing needs into system features.- Propose innovative IoT solutions that address shop-floor challenges, such as "Lean Automation" and "Factory-IoT" integration.5. Stakeholder Coordination & Risk Control- Act as the primary interface for Japanese clients and internal executive stakeholders, providing transparent reporting on project health.- Manage the critical balance between Cost, Quality, and Delivery (CQD).- Proactively identify risks, manage specification changes, and implement mitigation strategies in a fast-paced environment.
