Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and driven AI Business Process Transformation Consultant to play a pivotal role in enterprise AI adoption and knowledge transformation initiatives across Thailand. Positioned at the core of our consulting practice, this role bridges strategic advisory with hands-on project execution, combining client-facing engagement, AI-enabled process design, and tacit knowledge structuring.Key Responsibilities:1. AI Transformation Consulting & Delivery• Drive AI adoption and business transformation projects from planning through execution• Identify, evaluate, and design practical AI use cases aligned with client business objectives• Design AI-enabled workflows, process improvements, and operating models• Conduct operational research, benchmarking, and business analysis to support transformation initiatives• Support enterprise-wide AI adoption roadmaps, including change management and organizational readiness activities2.
